During my dental exam, while the dentist was examining my mouth, he repeatedly made disgusted, displeasing, and unpleasant facial expressions related to my mouth. His behavior was obvious to me and made me feel deeply humiliated, embarrassed, and uncomfortable in a situation where I expected to receive professional and respectful care.

I understand that a dental professional may encounter various oral health conditions during an exam and that it may be necessary to explain problems, treatments, or recommendations to the patient. However, I believe there is a difference between professionally communicating a medical condition and reacting in a way that can make the patient feel embarrassed or degraded.

The conduct I experienced negatively impacted my experience as a patient and made me feel judged by the state of my mouth. I believe I deserve to receive respectful and professional dental care, regardless of my oral health.

Also, I paid $80 and got absolutely nothing done because they didn't do anything for me. I don't recommend it; don't go there.
